Montgomery Council to Hold Public Hearings on Bills Related to Special Capital Projects, Including Two Transportation Projects

The Montgomery County Council will hold public hearings at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, on four expedited bills regarding special capital improvements projects, two of which are transportation projects:

• Expedited Bill 28-15 would authorize the planning, design and construction of the Snouffer School
   Road. It is Project No. 501109 in the Montgomery Village/Airpark Policy Area.

• Expedited Bill 29-15 would authorize the planning, design and construction of the Metropolitan
   Branch Trail. It is Project No. 501110 in the Silver Spring Central Business District Policy Area.
