Randolph Road at Nebel Street will close for about a week on Saturday, July 18 while CSX performs track maintenance. CSX expects to reopen the road on Friday, July 24, weather permitting.
Detour signs will direct
westbound travelers on Randolph Road to turn left onto Parklawn Drive, continue
on Nicholson Lane and then turn right onto Rockville Pike to return to Randolph
Road. Easbound travelers on Montrose Parkway will be directed to turn right
onto East Jefferson Street, right onto Old Georgetown Road and left onto
Nicholson Lane, which turns into Parklawn Drive, to return to Randolph Road.
