JANUARY 19, 2017 Ride On Service Changes Began Sunday, January 8 On January 8, Ride On made changes to 18 bus routes. Read more. Ride On Route 75 Now Provides Service to the New Clarksburg Premium Outlets Two new stops (one in each direction) have been established on Gosnell Farm Drive, which is located just outside of the Clarksburg Premium Outlets property. Read more. MCDOT Answers Questions About the Order for Plowing County Roads There is a misperception that there is always a predetermined order for clearing neighborhood streets and non-emergency roads. In fact, there is no street that is always first or always last. Read more.  MCDOT plows 5,200 lane miles of County-owned and maintained roads. The Maryland State Highway Administration clears snow from all numbered roads in the County - such as Georgia Avenue, Connecticut Avenue, Rockville Pike, etc. Be a Good Neighbor. County property owners, by law, must clear sidewalks in front of and alongside their properties within 24 hours of the end of a snowstorm. Read more.
