The Montgomery County Department of Transportation has installed its
57th Capital Bikeshare station at East West Highway and 16th Street
in Silver Spring. The station has 19 docking stations and 10 bikes. Close to
many apartment buildings, it is about a mile from the Paul S. Sarbanes Silver
