Use of Digital Parking Permits to Begin in Blueridge and Rosemary Hills Neighborhoods in Wheaton

Starting the week of July 13, the Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will begin phasing in the new, online residential parking permit program that eliminates the need for paper permits in the Blueridge and Rosemary Hills neighborhoods.  The system makes the process of getting a permit faster and easier and instantly provides permits for new vehicles and visitors.

Residents in the neigborhoods have been notified about the availability of the online system. They can sign up online or purchase permits by phone by calling 855-510-3995, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
