Montgomery County Looking for a Development Partner for New Silver Spring Mixed-Use and Arena Project

The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is leading the effort to identify creative, viable proposals from qualified teams that will design, construct and operate an approximately 5,000-seat multi-purpose indoor sports, public assembly and entertainment facility, as well as adjacent retail and residential facilities.   Read more.
